Use KFT in good faith and credit the work

Personal FPL use

You may use KFT for your own Fantasy Premier League decisions. That includes reading projections, comparing players, using the Planner, checking Profile or Live pages, downloading your own screenshots or exports where the site offers them, and using the numbers as one input in your transfer, captaincy, bench, chip, and fixture planning.

Sharing with credit

You may share screenshots, short excerpts, charts, or discussion of KFT numbers in good faith, especially in normal FPL conversation, social posts, group chats, videos, podcasts, or articles. Please give clear credit to Kiba's FPL Treats and do not crop, edit, or present the work in a way that hides where it came from.

Reasonable credit means naming Kiba's FPL Treats or KFT and, where practical, linking to kibasfpltreats.com. If you are using a chart or table to support your own analysis, make it clear which part is your view and which part came from KFT.

Public discussion is allowed. You can disagree with a projection, compare it with your own thinking, or say why you would play differently. The important line is attribution: do not make KFT numbers look like your own model output, and do not remove context that would make the numbers misleading.

What is not allowed

You may not scrape, clone, bulk download, rehost, resell, republish, or mirror substantial parts of the site, data files, visuals, interface, model outputs, or written work without permission. You may not present KFT outputs as your own projections, build a competing public product from KFT data, remove attribution, or use automated traffic in a way that harms the site.

You may not abuse the site's APIs, Netlify functions, static CSV files, download features, or browser tools. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, attribution, or access rules. Do not use the site to interfere with official FPL services, other users, or third-party platforms.

You also may not use KFT to send harmful code, probe private infrastructure, impersonate KFT, imply an endorsement that has not been given, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rules of a third-party platform.

Ownership

KFT owns its original writing, page layouts, interface design, charts, site-specific presentation, analysis, model interpretation, and model-led outputs unless stated otherwise. Public or third-party data used by the site remains owned by its original source. KFT does not claim ownership over Fantasy Premier League, Premier League, club, player, or third-party data rights.

If KFT grants permission for a specific use, that permission applies only to the use agreed. It does not transfer ownership, allow uncredited reuse, or allow unrelated bulk extraction unless that has been clearly approved.

Third-party data and platforms

The site uses or may reference public and third-party data sources, including official Fantasy Premier League public data and other football data inputs described in the Methodology and Credits pages. Those sources may have their own terms, availability limits, and data rights. You are responsible for making sure your own use of third-party data complies with the relevant source rules.

Links to outside platforms, newsletters, social accounts, official FPL pages, data providers, or other websites are provided for context or convenience. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those third parties, not by KFT.

Accuracy and availability

KFT is provided as-is. The site may contain errors, stale data, incomplete data, broken links, delayed updates, or projections that turn out badly. Pages, tools, files, charts, features, or outputs may change, move, break, be corrected, or be removed without notice. No part of KFT is guaranteed to stay available or unchanged.

The site may depend on public data sources, browser behavior, external scripts, hosting services, official FPL endpoints, and manually maintained inputs. If any of those change or fail, parts of KFT may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

Your responsibility

FPL decisions remain your responsibility. KFT projections are decision-support estimates, not instructions or promises. You should combine them with your own judgement, team news, strategy, chip plan, risk tolerance, and deadline information. You are responsible for any decisions you make after using the site.

You are also responsible for how you share KFT material. If you post a screenshot or number, do not imply that KFT has endorsed your team, your betting position, your paid content, or your interpretation unless that has been agreed.

Changes to these terms

KFT may update these terms as the site changes. If the site adds accounts, paid products, new tools, new data feeds, or different sharing rules, the terms should be reviewed so the public page still matches how the site actually works.
