Use the work, but do not pass it off as yours
What you are free to do
You can browse the site, use the tools for your own FPL decisions, discuss the ideas, reference the work in conversation, and build on it in your own thinking. If the numbers or visuals help you, use them. That is not the problem.
What crosses the line
Do not republish substantial parts of the site, scrape it into your own product, rehost the graphics or outputs as your own, or reuse the work in a way that hides where it came from. If you want to use KFT material publicly, the obvious standard applies: credit the source instead of pretending the work originated elsewhere.
Ownership of original work
Unless stated otherwise, the written analysis, site layouts, branding, original graphics, projections, and model-led outputs published here belong to Kiba’s FPL Treats. Referencing the work is one thing. Repackaging it as your own product is another.
Site changes and availability
The site may change over time. Pages can be updated, tools can evolve, outputs can be corrected, and certain sections can disappear or return. There is no promise that every part of the site will always stay live or unchanged.
No guaranteed outcomes
KFT exists to improve decision-making, not to guarantee results. FPL remains uncertain, football remains volatile, and no forecast on the site should be treated as a promise of points.
