Best contact route

Email is the best route for anything that needs detail. Instagram can work for quick messages, but bug reports and correction requests are easier to handle by email.

If your message is about a specific page, include the page name or URL. If it is about a gameweek, include the gameweek. If it is about a player, include the player and team. Small details save a lot of back-and-forth.

Bug reports

If something breaks, include the details that make the issue reproducible. A useful bug report usually includes:

• the page URL
• your device and browser
• a screenshot if the issue is visual
• the steps that caused the issue
• what you expected to happen
• what actually happened

Wrong projections or data

If a number looks stale, strange, or plainly wrong, send the player or team, the gameweek, the issue you spotted, and the source or reasoning if you have one. Projection corrections are most useful when they point to a specific input, such as minutes, injury status, fixture data, team context, or a player being missing or duplicated.

Planner, Profile, and Live-style issues

If the issue is linked to your squad, rank, live points, or planning view, include your FPL manager ID only if it is relevant. Do not send your Fantasy Premier League password, login email, or any private FPL credentials. KFT does not need them.

If the problem happens after loading a manager ID, say whether it affects Profile, Planner, Live, or more than one page. If it happens only on mobile or only on desktop, include that too.

Ideas, permissions, and collaborations

Feature suggestions are welcome, especially when they explain the decision problem they would solve. Creators, writers, analysts, and collaborators can also reach out about credited use, screenshots, references, corrections, or potential projects.

Replies

There is no guaranteed response time. Clear reports and practical questions are more likely to receive a useful reply. Spam, abusive messages, requests for private formula details, requests to guarantee a team decision, or messages that need private support KFT cannot provide may not receive a response.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, private FPL login information, private league drama, or sensitive personal information. If a screenshot contains details you do not want shared, crop or blur them before sending.
